Sycamore class enjoyed a Tudor morning this morning with a visitor from Wiltshire library service.
'Sire James' and the children looked at many different aspects of Tudor life (eating, warfare, succession) through artefacts and stories.
They also spent some time thinking about what skills were needed to survive in Henry VIII's court eg how to be courteous, how to impress the monarch through dance and how warfare became sport through the genteel art of fencing.
